Blisters, hot spots and socks that slide down into your shoe at kilometre five: small problems that ruin long runs. Sunday Running socks are built for runners who put in the miles — a low-friction, anti-blister knit with supportive compression, cushioned impact zones and a stay-put fit you forget about the moment you start running.

What to look for in running socks
- No cotton. Cotton holds moisture, and moisture plus friction equals blisters. Technical yarns wick sweat away and dry fast.
- Low-friction knit. A smooth, dense knit at the heel and toe is what prevents blisters on long runs — more than thickness.
- Fit that stays put. Light compression and arch support keep the sock in place so it doesn't bunch or slide into your shoe.
- Cushioning where you land. Padding under the heel and forefoot, thin everywhere else, so your shoe still fits the same.
- Ventilation. Mesh zones over the top of the foot let heat out.

Frequently asked questions
They're built to: a smooth, low-friction knit, moisture-wicking yarns that keep feet dry and a fit that doesn't move. Blisters come from moisture and friction; the sock tackles both.
One size, fitting EU 39–46. The compression knit stretches to fit within that range without losing its hold.
They have light, supportive compression and targeted arch support — enough for a secure, energised feel, not a medical compression sock. They sit at ankle/crew height, not knee height.
Yes. The anti-blister knit and cushioned impact zones are made for high mileage; they're worn in training and on race day by the same runners who wear our 2-in-1 short.
Machine wash cold, no fabric softener (it blocks the wicking), and hang dry. They dry fast.
Orders placed before 5 PM ship the same working day. Shipping is free over €70 — two pairs of socks with a short gets you there.
